The mission of Keller Williams Legacy Group (formerly Smed & Associates Realty), is to provide high quality real estate services in a professional and ethical manner. Keller Williams Legacy Group serves individuals and businesses in the buying and selling of real estate in Iowa. We are also associated with Keller Williams Premier Realty for our customers in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Buyers: We will provide personalized service to those persons in the market for a new home, farm or commercial property. We will work hard to understand their needs and budgets, and to find properties that meet those needs.
Sellers: We will do a thorough market positioning analysis for clients wishing to sell real estate property and customize a marketing plan that is suited to their needs. We will use radio, newspaper, internet, signs, flyers, open houses (both for real estate professionals, lenders, and general public) and other means to market property. We also offer staging services and highlight the strengths of each property in our advertising. As your real estate professionals, we focus on creative promotion of properties, and taking advantage of internet marketing strategies.
